Our Classes
At Her fitness we have curated a range of classes to support strength, body and mind.
Her Strength
Her strength is designed to develop muscular strength and build confidence using weights. Focusing on strength training for the whole body. These classes will teach the correct techniques and movements required for the use of barbells, resistance machines and dumbbells.
Her Body
Her body is designed to target specific muscle groups. Classes are focused on full body tone and define utilising weights, specialised resistance machines and resistance bands. (E.g. Adaptations to the well-known legs bums and tums and core blast.)
Her Sweat
Her sweat is designed to push you to your limits! Classes will involve circuit-based training, HITT and whole-body workouts. Focusing on increasing your heart rate, cardiovascular fitness and burning those calories.
Her Yoga
Her Yoga is designed discover you’re centre and slow down. Classes will take the form of vinyasa style yoga involving meditation, breathing techniques, stretches and movements. Both beginner and experienced classes are available.
Her Baby
Her baby is designed to provide support and direction whilst removing obstacles that may affect us when exercising before and after giving birth. Our pre-natal classes will focus on slow, controlled movements and exercises that aim to keep both you and your baby healthy and supported. In our post-natal classes, particular muscle groups will be strengthened, including the core and pelvic floor muscles, by reintroducing weights. The class also features mother and baby exercises.
