With a passion for health and wellbeing, the studio has been designed to provide a calm and welcoming space that will empower women to take ownership of their individual health and fitness goals in a safe and comfortable environment.

Our Classes

All of our classes follow a 6-week cycle, with programming that evolves regularly to keep sessions engaging, effective and aligned with your progress.

Her Strength

A structured, coach-guided strength class using weight training stations and core bursts between sets. Learn correct and safe techniques, build full-body strength, and gain confidence in the gym environment.

Her Body

A low weight and high-rep session designed to sculpt and tone. Using resistance bands, dumbbells and specialised machines, you’ll feel the burn as we build strength, definition and balance.

Her Sweat

Push your limits with circuit-based, HIIT and full-body workouts. Increase your cardiovascular fitness and burn calories while challenging yourself.

Her Core

A slow, controlled and deeply targeted workout that strengthens your core from every angle. With precision focused movements, you’ll build stability, balance and vital strength that supports every lift, every movement and everyday life.

Her Lift

A low-rep, heavy weighted session focused on compound lifts, perfecting your form, and pushing for new personal bests. Built to grow strength and confidence in lifting safely and at a controlled pace.

Her Sweat X Strength

With six alternating stations, including three strength and three sweat, this full-body workout moves in and out of high energy cardio and weighted strength work to tone muscle, burn calories and elevate your fitness.

Her Baby

Access to expert-led pre- and post-natal classes, a supportive community and a safe space to aid recovery, rebuild strength and boost confidence whilst pregnant and in your return to exercise. No childcare needed, your little one comes with you.

Her Yoga

This class features steady, flowing movements synchronized with the breath, complemented by pauses to hold poses for varying lengths of time. Held in a nurturing space, it’s perfect for all levels, helping to calm the nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and leave you feeling aligned both physically and emotionally.
